Franchise Development Assistant Manager (G4)Franchise Development Associate is responsible for discovering future franchisees for Tous les JoursPromoting business development opportunitiesContacting potential clients through cold calls and emailsPresenting our brand to potential clientsFinding and developing new markets and improving brand awarenessBuilding long-term trusting relationships with clientsReporting to the Franchise Development Team leader on (weekly/monthly) development processes and resultsBachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant work experience in Franchise Development, Operations or similar field preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Strong organization and project management skills.Friendly and personable demeanor.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
