LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT

Location: Davenport, IA | Onsite
Pay: $31/Hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd or 3rd Shift
Requirement: Active Iowa LPN License
Experience: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Preferred, Not Required

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its skilled nursing team in Davenport.

This full-time opportunity offers a choice of 2nd or 3rd shift and focuses on providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive long-term care environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting comfort and dignity.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Iowa required.
• Senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.

COMPENSATION

• $31/hour.
