Bank Teller

Cape Ann Savings Bank is seeking a team oriented, positive, and outgoing professional for a full-time Teller position. The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent customer service to all customers. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent math skills. Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity. Excellent computer skills Thorough understanding of customer service High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred Cashier experience or student staff member of high school branch desirable Must be able to lift as much as 15 pounds at times May need to stand for long periods of time Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with banking transactions and inquiries Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers Maintain accurate records of debits and credits while ensuring compliance with financial regulations Utilize financial software to process transactions efficiently Identify opportunities for upselling financial products and services to enhance customer relationships Expected scheduled days are Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts) and rotating Saturdays.
