Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift ICU RN with 2+ years of ICU experience and prior travel assignment experience required.

Details

• ICU setting with floating to PCU, overflow, and ED hold as needed, including 4-patient assignments
• Night shift schedule (3x12 or 4x12 hours, 19:00-7:00)
• Scheduled for 84 hours biweekly with a 72 hour guarantee
• Epic charting system used, experience preferred

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ENPC or PALS certification required, TNCC preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing services within the ICU and support overflow units as needed
• Facility conducts its own onsite drug screening including marijuana testing, with a positive result resulting in automatic cancellation
• Candidates should avoid any products that could result in a positive drug screen, including CBD, prior to arrival
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
• RTO must be submitted with application
• License must be in-hand prior to start date
• Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of accepting an offer or have a completion plan in place
