Nephrologist
Join a well established private Nephrology practice in the suburbs of Louisville KY. Busy practice consists of CKD and dialysis patients seen at DaVita dialysis centers.
Support patients in clinic and also LTC/SNF throughout Central KY. Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday (9am to 3:30pm) and a half day Friday (8am to 12pm). Make rounds in hospital and provide consults. Interventional procedures performed at the local hospital. Dialysis patients seen 4 x per month. Call 1:3 (primarily phone consults).

Requirements:
BC/BE Nephrology
KY license, or eligible
Compensation & Benefits:
Partnership eligible
Base guarantee to $280k
Productivity incentives (25% bonus on net collections over $350k)
Sign-on/Relocation assistance ($15k)
Medical health insurance
PTO (3 weeks)

CME ($2000 with 1 week annually)
