About the Role As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting seniors with their daily living needs while fostering a sense of dignity, respect, and independence. Key Responsibilities Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors. Assisting with personal care needs such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene. Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with meal planning as needed. Offering medication reminders to ensure clients stay on track with their health. Running errands and providing transportation assistance for appointments or outings. Communicating effectively with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met. Required Skills and Qualifications 1 year of experience in CNA or a related field. Are dependable, trustworthy, and professional in all interactions. Exhibit compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
