Restaurant Shift Lead Kyrene & Chandler

Job Description Location: 5985 W. Chandler Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85226. Shift Lead Responsibilities Work in a collaborative, fast‑paced, team‑centered environment. Report to the store manager and help oversee all operations. Serve as key holder responsible for opening and closing the store. Build made‑to‑order salads and other menu items. Provide excellent guest experiences with both walk‑up and drive‑thru orders. Come to work with an energetic, ready‑to‑work attitude. Qualifications Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends. Have at least 6 months of previous shift lead or shift manager experience. Obtain a Food Handlers Certificate and certified non‑slip shoes. Be able to pass the Salad Test during training. Be 18 years or older. Benefits Flexible schedules.
