Reporting to the CFO and COO of Motion Global you will be responsible for the strategic management and day-to-day implementation of our Human Resource strategy. Your role will include:- Being responsible for the complete Human Resource process from job placements, hiring, ongoing staff evaluation and talent management.- Restructure the hiring and retention strategy and structure of the company focusing on hiring and retaining the best people. - Using smart and proven strategies to recruit the best possible staff within a defined and sometimes challenging budget- Hiring local and international staff in our IT, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations teams.- Evaluating and maintaining staff relations- Managing mentoring, staff development and training programs To apply for this position please provide the following upon application in English to :(login to view email) 1.
