Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PCT Requirement for this position: 85%

• 32 hours needed
• Alternate schedule may be requested: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
