Director, Hospital Facility Operations Job Title: Director, Hospital Facility Operations Work Arrangement: Onsite Location: Chillicothe, Ohio Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Director of Hospital Facility Operations for a health system client. The Director of Facility Operations is responsible for the oversight of existing facilities and infrastructure, including preventative maintenance, capital renewal, and capital improvement projects. This position is accountable for the development of strategic and operational goals specific to the department, and provides overall life-cycle project management with responsibility to provide expertise, coordination, direction, and oversight on multiple projects simultaneously. This position has no direct patient care. Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 Industry: Healthcare and Health Services Job Category: Medical and Health, Maintenance Key Responsibilities Oversee existing facilities and infrastructure, including preventative maintenance, capital renewal, and capital improvement projects. Develop strategic and operational goals specific to the department. Provide overall life-cycle project management, including expertise, coordination, direction, and oversight on multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), NFPA and NEC, OSHA, the Life Safety Code, and other regulatory agency requirements, as well as health system policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager credential. Required. Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, CMS and TJC requirements, State of Ohio fire code, and EPA regulations. Required. De-escalation training within six months of hire. Required. Five years of management experience in facility operations. Required.
