Operator Leads Pay: $26.00 - $30.50 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM Thursday-Sunday, 6:30 AM-5:30 PM Penmac Staffing is seeking Operator Leads for a growing data center operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will provide daily direction and support to a team of Data Center Operators while actively participating in day-to-day operations. As a Operator Lead, you will help coordinate workflow, maintain quality and productivity standards, support employee training, and promote a safe and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and helping build a successful operation from the ground up. Requirements for the Operator Leads High school diploma or GED required Previous Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership experience Experience in a data center, warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or other fast-paced operational environment preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to provide direction, coaching, and constructive feedback Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing operational needs Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Ability to learn and follow established procedures and quality standards Operator Leads Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and support to Data Center Operators Coordinate daily workloads and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time Work alongside the team and assist with operational tasks as needed Train and support new employees on procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Identify workflow issues, delays, or operational concerns and communicate them to leadership Serve as a resource for team members when questions or issues arise Maintain accurate documentation and ensure procedures are consistently followed Coordinate with other departments to support efficient operations Assist with attendance tracking and timekeeping processes, including identifying timecard exceptions Provide backup support for supervisors when needed Promote a professional, safe, and organized work environment Lead by example through reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For The ideal candidate does not need extensive data center experience to be successful.
