Overview Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $16.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. Contribute to maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age of 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
