  • Lead and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance client engagement and promote therapeutic benefits.
  • Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to address immediate client needs.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems where applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services are designed to support a diverse client population, including individuals navigating personal challenges, couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, and families confronting systemic issues. We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive environment where all clients feel valued and heard, regardless of their background.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we also value diverse experiences that contribute to the holistic understanding of client needs. Familiarity with digital therapy tools and online client management systems will be beneficial.
