NY import company looking for someone who can handle International and domestic shipment management. Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Must have knowledge of importing procedures and importing documentation in order to qualify for this position.
- Reconciling items accurately including; bill of lading, shipping documents, inventory lists, and merchandise transfer reports.
- Tracking requests, monitoring and placing orders, tracking shipping status, and reconciling discrepancies as directed
- Receiving, inspecting and distributing merchandise to proper recipients while maintaining accountability.
- Manage admin roles in the office for various items.
Must Interface with Brokers, Vendors, Distributors, Carriers & Clients daily.
