Project Manager (Grand Prairie, TX)

Present estimate budget for approval for each project site. Review material and labor requirements for each project to determine cost for production rather than purchasing components. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards. Effective and clear communication with internal and external clients regarding the progress of project estimates while setting clear and achievable expectations. Maintain document PMS (project management sheet) as required peer each project. Document job progress in company designated systems as required as well as create project reports for review of upper management. Facilitate project setup and closeout as required for each project.
