You'll work closely with our team to connect with customers, learn the sales process from start to finish, and develop skills that will set you up for long-term success. The Opportunity
- Connect with potential and existing customers via phone and email real conversations, real relationships
- Turn outreach into actual business learn the full sales cycle from first hello to closed deal
- Re-engage past customers and help grow accounts you inherit from day one
- Keep the CRM clean and up-to-date in HubSpot future you will thank present you
- Learn the product catalog inside and out so you can talk shop with confidence
- Occasionally travel to trade shows and customer visits as you grow into the role

The Details
- Full-time, hourly position
- Office-based role
- Up to 20% travel over time
- Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- Light lifting (about 15 lbs.)
What We're Looking For
- 02 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication skillsyou're comfortable talking with people and building rapport
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus, but not required
