At Composite Resources, we embrace a culture defined by teamwork, ownership, and accountability.Who are we looking for?We are on the hunt for an ambitious and proven Logistics Manager to join our team in Rock Hill, SC! This role is crucial in transforming our logistics operations, ensuring flawless inventory management, and driving continuous improvement. You will coordinate and optimize all logistics, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and material handling operations, setting the foundation for our multi-site operations.What you get to do!Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to support production efficiencyEstablish material handling procedures for internal plant movements with appropriate controls and documentationDesign and implement warehouse organization systems to maximize space utilization and material accessibilityLBuild and implement a comprehensive inventory tracking systemDevelop and complete a cycle counting programEstablish root cause analysis processes for inventory variancesRedesign and standardize the receiving processImplement material traceability systemsCoordinate outbound shipping operationsEnsure adherence to domestic and international shipping regulationsEstablish comprehensive tracking and control systems for customer/government-owned propertyDevelop strategic plans for multi-site logistics operationsLead, mentor, and develop logistics team membersApply Lean principles to eliminate waste in logistics processesWhat you will bring to the TeamBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations5+ years in a supervisory or leadership roleProven track record of implementing inventory management systemsUnderstanding of shipping regulations both within the country and internationallyProficiency with ERP/MRP systemsStrong understanding of inventory control methodologiesExcellent organizational and project management capabilitiesLean Six Sigma knowledge preferredThe BIG payoffWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operateRe:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
