We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Lead Provider in Auburn, ME. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced APP who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while mentoring and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care setting. As the clinical leader of the site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence, supporting new graduate providers, and fostering a collaborative team culture that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and outstanding patient outcomes.
