Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join the office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and a sizeable portable book of business . We welcome applicants at the Associate, Senior Counsel, or Partner level, depending on qualifications, experience, and fit with our firm's needs. Key Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Missouri (Illinois license a plus) Minimum 7 years of corporate transactional experience Portable book of business required Strong business development skills and client relationships Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities Compensation & Benefits Origination: 15% origination fee on all clients brought to the firm Hybrid schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote) Opportunities Partner-level consideration for the right candidate with a strong book of business Ability to work with a respected, well-connected legal team across multiple offices Long-term career growth within a stable and reputable firm All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
