Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join the office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and a sizeable portable book of business . We welcome applicants at the Associate, Senior Counsel, or Partner level, depending on qualifications, experience, and fit with our firm's needs.
