Warehouse Shift Lead

Shift LeadThe Shift Lead will assist the management team in ensuring the safety, quality, morale, and productivity of a team of 5-20 warehouse associates. This leadership role will oversee the accurate and timely receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and shipping of a wide variety of products.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in supervising the functions and working of the warehouse workersDelegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of the staffAdhering to the compliance of all legal and safety proceduresManaging the inventory; work areas include receipt, pick, pack, ship and return of productAssist in supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staffOrganizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workersEnsuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipmentEffective communication of all safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to senior leadersSkills & Qualifications3 years of experience in a warehouse; ecommerce preferredStrong administrative, organizational, and communication skillsSenior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication styleAble to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.Adept at communicating up and down and at pivoting approach depending on the audience's needs.Experience with picking and packing both direct to consumer and business to business orders.Experience operating within multiple warehouse management systems.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 30 pounds repetitively and more than 50 pounds with a two person lift as neededAble to stand/walk up to 10 hours with scheduled breaksAbility to work in an environment that includes climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing on a frequent basisScheduleAll Shift Leads are expected to remain open for any shift change as business needs dictate to include overtime availability.Compensation and Benefits$19.00-$24.00/hour depending on experienceHealth, dental, vision, long term disability, and life insurance benefitsPTO accrual and paid holidays401(k) Retirement plan with company match, offering traditional and Roth optionsAccess to full suite of mental health wellness tools for you and your familyOpen and collaborative work environment**Applicants must successfully pass a drug and background check**Netrush is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, and we cultivate a work environment that is both inclusive and diverse, allowing our employees to be themselves.
