Physical Therapist - PRN

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy services to residents and short-term patients at a healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities Deliver therapy treatments according to physician's orders and professional standards. Develop comprehensive care plans with treatment goals, duration, and frequency to support discharge and patient progress. Perform skilled interventions based on established plans of care. Document patient responses, progress, and condition changes accurately and timely, adhering to regulations. Complete billing and maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment. Qualifications & Skills Valid Texas PT license/certification. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage time effectively and exercise independent clinical judgment. Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred. Ability to meet physical requirements and pass background checks.
