Business Associate

As a Business Associate, you will provide our patients with a high-quality experience both in the office and over the phone. Your duties may include handling patient inquiries in our Phone Center, greeting patients at the Front Desk in the Check-In role, or assisting with treatment planning and financial discussions in the Check-Out role. You will have the opportunity to work at both our Cambridge and Easton locations, with a chance to spend a day or two at each office weekly. We prefer to hire full-time team members, providing a stable career environment.
