Qualifications:

Current Ohio Phlebotomist License / Certification
American Heart Association BLS
1 to 2 years of recent Phlebotomist experience

Phlebotomist Contract Details:

$1,044 - $1,134 per week*
Weekly pay
13-week full-time contract with possibility to extend
AM shifts available
36 hours per week
