This remote work position allows mental health professionals to provide care through telehealth, offering convenience and flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with patients. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the individual needs and treatment goals of patients struggling with substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, focusing on empowering clients to make positive changes.

• Lead group therapy sessions that foster community, support, and shared learning among individuals in recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure coordinated care that addresses the comprehensive needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Thorough knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care principles.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment settings.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
