Job Summary Golden Care Therapy NY, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy in Rochester, NY, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct ABA Therapy sessions with children with Autism, implementing customized treatment plans to meet their unique needs and goals Collaborate with clients' families to provide Parent Training, ensuring whole-family involvement in the therapy process Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure seamless care Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to share progress, concerns, and recommendations Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes About the Role As an ABA Therapist with Golden Care Therapy NY, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism.
