Your Contribution to Our Success As a Linkage to Care Specialist, you act as a friendly, helpful resource to clients and community partners. For clients newly diagnosed with HIV or not currently in care, you answer questions about living with HIV, facilitate entry into medical care, accompany clients to their first appointments, refer to complementary services, and offer HIV testing to partners and friends. You enhance AHF’s reputation by linking individuals to care and providing compassionate, non‑judgmental customer service. You build relationships with community organizations whose clients would benefit from AHF services, and you help clients navigate the continuum of HIV care—from testing through medical care and additional services. We expect you to embody AHF’s Core Values and Mission, remain nimble in a dynamic environment, and maintain our high standard of client service.
