Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive searches from initial discussions to successful placements.
- Serve as a strategic partner, attuned to client hiring requirements, challenges, and cultural nuances.
- Implement strategic sourcing using our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your personal network and our exclusive communication tools.
- Utilize our advanced platform to streamline candidate management, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on value-driven permanent placements that benefit clients long-term while maximizing your own commissions.
- Participate in thought leadership as we elevate both your professional brand and ours.

Your Profile
- 23+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare, or a willingness to learn, as we will provide support.
- Expertise in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on ours will be provided).
- An entrepreneurial approach with aspirations to build something substantial.
