Ranging from its signature Five-Star restaurant, Twenty-Eight Atlantic to the popular beachside, Outer Bar & Grille we are seeking individuals who are passionate about preparing the very finest food. Our culinary team provides the highest-quality product and warm genuine service to our guests.The responsibilities of the role include:Preparing restaurant foods, hot and cold according to specificationsDelivering plates that are beautifully presented with great attention to detailMaintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniquesWorking as a team and effectively communicating to management and staffEnsuring guest expectations are exceededEnsuring requisitions are processed properlyPrevious culinary experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant is required. A culinary degree is preferred.Workers will be paid no less than $21.52 per hour; returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to $28.75 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from $32.28 to $43.13 per hour.Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre waterfront resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay.
