Pay rate- $15 per hour No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Responsibilities for Dining Room Server Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation and meal service to residents, ensuring meals are served in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Provide friendly, attentive service that fosters a positive, enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and food-service equipment in accordance with safety and infection-control standards. Follow directions regarding compliance with nutritional standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with setting up and clearing tables, stocking supplies, and preparing dining areas to create an inviting environment. Communicate resident preferences, concerns, and special dietary requests to appropriate team members to support individualized care. Work collaboratively as a team player, willingly assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth dining operations and exceptional service. Qualifications for Dining Room Server High school diploma preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Prior work experience with food preparation or customer service is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
