We're looking for an entry-level Email & SEO Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us tell great stories about coins, through newsletters, SEO-driven blog content, and eye-catching promotional visuals. About the Role This is a hands-on, in-house marketing role perfect for someone early in their career who's organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. You'll own our email newsletter production from start to finish, write SEO-optimized blog content about coins and the hobby, and support day-to-day e-commerce marketing tasks. No prior numismatic expertise required, just a willingness to learn the subject deeply. What You'll Do Email marketing plan, write, design, and send promotional newsletter blasts to our customer base; help manage our email list and campaign calendar SEO blog & article writing research and write keyword-optimized articles about coins, currency, and the collecting world to drive organic traffic Product listings research product details, clean up and prepare product images, write accurate, SEO-friendly listing copy Simple creative work design banners and promotional graphics using Canva General marketing support assist with day-to-day tasks across our marketing and e-commerce operations What We're Looking For 1+ year of work experience (any field - we care about work ethic and reliability) Experience with email marketing, SEO, content writing, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail - accuracy matters, especially with product info and customer-facing content Comfortable learning tools like Canva (design experience helpful but not required) Strong writing skills and a willingness to research topics thoroughly Basic understanding of SEO principles (or eagerness to learn them) Reliable, responsible, and coachable - someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with the company Interest in coins, currency, or collectibles is a bonus (but genuine curiosity is what really matters) Why Join BullionShark Hands-on role with real ownership over projects from day one Room to grow - this position can expand as you develop new skills Work alongside a small, collaborative team in a growing niche industry Learn a fascinating hobby/industry from the ground up Benefits: 401k PTO Paid Sick Time Bonuses Company Events Gym Reimbursement Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Nashville Public Radio
