Chemical Operator | Direct Hire

West Memphis, AR | $22$28/hr

Aerotek is hiring Chemical Operators for a direct-hire opportunity with excellent training and long-term growth potential.

Schedule: Rotating shifts

• Days: MonFri, 7 AM7 PM
• Nights: MonThurs, 7 PM7 AM

Responsibilities:

• Monitor tanks, gauges, and processing equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and railcars.
• Perform basic pH, density, and alkalinity testing .
• Operate forklifts and loaders.
• Fill drums/totes and handle chemical raw materials.
• Follow all plant safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• Chemical processing, production, or industrial experience.
• Forklift/material handling experience.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting, outdoor conditions, and a high-noise environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of West Memphis, AR.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $58240.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
