Staff Physician, Family Practice, Geriatric

Job Overview Provide medical services to AltaMed patients. Deliver care and services aligned with AltaMed’s Team–Based Care Model focused on population health, evidence‑based medicine, appropriate resource use, and integrated delivery of care. Minimum Requirements Experience and training as a physician are required. Valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California. Board certification in the chosen specialty required or Board Eligible, with expectation to become board certified within 18 months of employment. Education, training, and experience necessary to meet underwritten requirements for inclusion under AltaMed’s malpractice insurance coverage. Previous experience with computer‑based systems is required; Electronic Medical Records experience preferred. Leadership or management skills preferred. Valid BLS certification or higher, following AHA or American Red Cross guidelines. Compensation Annual salary range: $261,955.20 – $314,346.24. The range is subject to change based on budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, and certifications. May also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
