M&N Aviation is seeking an experienced Hawker 800XP Captain to join our growing flight department supporting both Part 91 and Part 135 charter operations. This position offers the opportunity to fly a well-maintained aircraft while providing exceptional service to a diverse clientele. Position Summary
The Hawker 800XP Captain is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of company aircraft while maintaining compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. The Captain serves as the Pilot-in-Command for domestic and international operations and is expected to provide an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• Current HS-125 (Hawker 800XP) Type Rating
• Current and qualified in the Hawker 800XP
• Previous Part 135 charter experience
• Eligible to serve as Pilot-in-Command under Part 135 regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required TSA and airport security credentials
• Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions
• Excellent communication and crew resource management (CRM) skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Preferred:

• Previous corporate aviation experience
• International operating experience
• Experience with flight planning and international procedures
