Account Representative
Account Representative is responsible for communicating with customers to provide product and service information, process orders, and help resolve issues.
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding products, orders, and services
- Enter and manage customer orders in ERP system
- Provide quotes, including pricing and delivery timelines
- Support the sales team and work with Regional Sales Managers and manufacturer representatives
- Review and compare customer part requests with available products
- Track orders and follow up with customers on order status
- Assist with basic reporting and support tasks for sales and engineering teams
- Document customer issues and assist with resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
Required Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Time management and organization
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt as needed
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Ability to work with different teams and handle customer interactions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 13 years of customer service or related experience
