Job Summary: This position is for a QMHP Team Lead on our Community Recovery Team (CRT), which provides community based case management and skill training services to consumers in our Adult Behavioral Health division.

The QMHP Team Lead is responsible for leading the team's service delivery and ensuring the provision of recovery focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. The QMHP Team Lead operates in a dynamic environment, develops extensive knowledge of community resources, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and cultivates a clinical skill-set by forging therapeutic relationships with diverse community members. The QMHP Team Lead participates in diagnostic evaluations and provides assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services. The QMHP Team Lead identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of unit performance measures and engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources.


This position is responsible for oversight of the assigned program and personnel and will carry an individual case load. This position is responsible for the supervision of staff within the assigned unit, including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, and time management.

On-call responsibilities may be required, dependent upon unit protocols. Moderate latitude for independent judgment.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $30.86 an hour.
