Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary
Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab, a 115-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team of caregivers. As a CNA at Walnut Creek, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our short-term and long-term care residents. Responsibilities
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities for residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital signs and monitor resident conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Assist with feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment
