\nLocation: Hanover, MD (Onsite)
\nOur client is a large Aerospace Industry Manufacturer.
\nWe are looking for a Manufacturing Technician 2
\n- \n
- Build, process, and test subassemblies and assemblies . \n
- Interpret and follow established processes and procedures. \n
- Read and interpret technical documentation, such as prints, diagrams , specifications , manufacturer manuals, and engineering drawings . \n
- Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA and company policies. \n
- Must be willing to perform work on weekends as required. \n
- Must be willing to work overtime as required. \n
- Perform other duties as assigned. \n
Basic Qualifications:
\n- \n
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or related experience. \n
- No clearance required to start \n
- Able to lift 50 lbs. \n
- Able to read, comprehend, and follow established written instructions and drawings without deviation. \n
- Perform basic math and measurement functions. \n
- Communicate nonconformances to management and quality assurance. \n
Preferred Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Operating industrial equipment such as precision measuring instruments and hand tools . \n
- Attention to detail. \n
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment. \n
