Finishing Associate

Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced seasonal job where your attention to detail really shines? We're looking for enthusiastic and meticulous people to join our Oshkosh client’s team as Seasonal Finishing Associates in a busy production facility! This is a great opportunity to earn some extra money during the peak season while working with a friendly and supportive team.

Position – Finishing Associate

Job Location – Oshkosh, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Contract

Employment Type – Contract, full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st/2nd Shift Openings

Starting Pay –$16/hr- 1st / $18/hr- 2nd

Required Experience – prior manufacturing experience is helpful

As a Seasonal Finishing Associate, you are the final step in ensuring the customers receive perfect products. You'll be working hands-on with a variety of branded items, performing critical quality control checks and preparing them for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Carefully inspecting finished printed products (e.g., pens, bags, drinkware) for print quality, accuracy, and overall product integrity.
• Packing and Assembly: Folding, bagging, kitting, counting, and assembling products according to customer specifications and preparing them for shipment.
• Attention to Detail: Verifying order counts and item specifications against documentation.
• Maintaining a Clean Workspace: Keeping your area tidy and organized to support efficiency and safety.
• Teamwork: Supporting other finishing or production areas as needed to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for catching errors and take pride in delivering a flawless product.
• Reliable and Punctual: We depend on you to be here during scheduled shifts, especially during our busy season.
• Energetic and Motivated: You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can maintain a high pace of work.
• A Team Player: You work well with others and can take direction effectively.
• Physically Capable: Able to stand for the majority of a shift and lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or quality control environment is a plus, but not required —we will train the right candidate!
