Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct Initial Assessments: Engage with clients through video conferencing platforms to perform comprehensive assessments of their mental health needs and establish rapport. \n
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans based on assessed needs, therapeutic goals, and evidence-based practices, periodically reviewing and adjusting as necessary. \n
- Provide Counseling Services: Offer individual, couple, and family counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet the diverse needs of your clients. \n
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach for comprehensive client care, including referrals to specialists when necessary. \n
- Maintain Client Records: Document all sessions and treatment plans promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and best practices. \n
- Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health counseling, integrating new techniques and methodologies into your practice. \n
- Team Participation: Actively participate in clinic staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations to enhance team cohesion and service delivery. \n
The LPC will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and life transitions. Utilizing a client-centered approach, you will tailor your therapeutic techniques to align with the unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of each client to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in good standing. \n
- Strong clinical skills with experience providing outpatient counseling services. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish connections with clients of varying backgrounds. \n
- Ability to collaboratively work with interdisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive mental health care. \n
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in relevant training and workshops. \n

- Demonstrated experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with online therapeutic platforms. \n
- Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other recognized modalities. \n
- Background in crisis intervention or working with clients experiencing significant life stressors. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, adjusted based on experience and client load. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
