Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and organization. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, work and customers while ensuring that the department meets its goals and objectives. Duties
- Lead and supervise technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance with jobs.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate with customers information pertaining to jobs and issues.
- Scheduling jobs and accommodating walk in and calls.
- Proven experience in service management or a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the service department.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
