TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in critical care required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Familiarity with Cath Lab recovery, including groin site management Description: Cath Lab Nurses will work 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours. Responsibilities include managing patient recovery from general anesthesia to moderate sedation. Critical care experience is required. No call or weekend shifts will be required. Candidates must hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Skills needed include various cardiac procedures such as angioplasty and cardiac catheterizations. Knowledge of activated clotting time (ACT), infection prevention, and procedural sedation monitoring is essential. Experience with charting systems, particularly Epic, is preferred. The unit cares for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Daily patient census averages 25-30 cases. The unit has 8 rooms equipped for various cardiac procedures. Travellers may be expected to float to similar units as needed.
