Required Experience: Minimum 4 years Job Summary

We’re looking for a line cook to join our team. This is a high-volume & fast paced sandwich shop.

‍ What We’re Looking For

4+ years line cook experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Familiarity with Italian Sandwiches and Ingredients is a plus.
Cutting/Prepping Vegetables and Salads
Reliable and ready to work AM shifts and weekends
Positive, team-oriented attitude who thrives under pressure
Clean, organized, and consistent with prep station upkeep
Spanish language skills a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and making sandwiches during our busy lunch periods
Maintaining a clean and organized station from setup through breakdown
Supporting your team and communicating clearly during high-volume service
Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
