RN Charge Nurse - Assisted Living/ Memory Care 11pm - 7am

Job Description

The RN Charge Nurse oversees clinical care and daily nursing operations for residents in an assisted living and memory care setting, promoting safety, quality outcomes, and compassionate support for residents and their families.

Responsibilities

Conduct resident assessments and monitor changing care needs.
Manage and administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
Mentor and support nursing and care staff.
Document care accurately and maintain complete clinical records.
Report and follow up on incidents.
Communicate with residents’ families regarding care and condition.
Respond to resident emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions.
Support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license.

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in assisted living nursing.
