Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Position Overview Part‑time RN position in the Adult Inpatient unit at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital. Schedule: 12‑hour nights (1900‑0730). Week1: Thursday, Week2: Wednesday/Thursday, every other holiday. Sign‑on bonus available to applicants who have not received a sign‑on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months. Pay Range: $38.20–$57.30. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
