Emergency Veterinarian, Established Specialty Hospital, Palm Coast, FL, $225,000-$450,000 ProSal Practice Overview An established specialty and emergency hospital in Palm Coast, Florida, is looking to welcome an Emergency Veterinarian to its growing clinical team. The hospital manages a varied emergency caseload, including complex medical and surgical presentations, and provides the clinical infrastructure needed to support patients from initial assessment through stabilization, treatment, and ongoing care. •Opportunities to assist with the development of clinical protocols and staff education Role Responsibilities •Provide emergency assessment, treatment, and critical care to canine and feline patients
•Prioritize and stabilize patients presenting with acute or life-threatening conditions
•Diagnose and manage a diverse caseload, including challenging medical and surgical emergencies
•Undertake appropriate emergency procedures and oversee patient care throughout treatment
•Interpret diagnostic findings and use available imaging and laboratory resources to guide treatment decisions
•Work closely with other veterinarians and clinical team members to develop effective case-management plans
•Discuss clinical findings, treatment recommendations, and prognoses clearly and compassionately with pet owners
•Support the continued development of hospital protocols and clinical standards
•Share knowledge and experience through team training, case discussions, and continuing education Compensation & Benefits •ProSal compensation structure with potential earnings of $225,000-$450,000

•Current Florida veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one
•Successful completion of the NAVLE
•Previous experience in emergency medicine or critical care is advantageous
•Confident approach to clinical assessment, diagnostics, and treatment planning
•A collaborative approach to patient care and multidisciplinary teamwork
