Project Delivery Manager / LoanIQ Trainer

Location: Charlotte, NC – Fully onsite; Irving, TX also considered Duration: 12 months with possible extension Openings: 2 – Delivery Manager and LoanIQ Trainer

Role Summary: Seeking experienced professionals to support lending capabilities within Wholesale Operations. The role will lead project activities, coordinate enhancements, support operational readiness, and ensure successful delivery of lending-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project activities across the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings and track timelines, action items, and issues.
• Manage enhancements and assess their impact on Operations.
• Coordinate procedure updates, demos, training, and communications for enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.
• Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Required Requirements:

• 5+ years of project or product delivery experience.
• Strong meeting facilitation, project tracking, and issue management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Requirements:

• Lending or Operations experience.
• LoanIQ experience, particularly for the LoanIQ Trainer role.
• Experience supporting lending operations, enhancements, or training.
• Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple organizational levels.
