Production Team Lead - 2nd shift (Onsite)

Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do: Join our team as a Production Team Leader in Assembly - 2nd shift (Onsite) We are seeking a hands-on people leader to manage a team of 40+ associates, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence on our production floor. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while also supporting team building, employee engagement, new product launches, and effective capacity and production planning. Schedule Information: Days: Monday – Thursday Hours: 4pm- 2:30am (4 X10s) .Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 40+ associates, promoting engagement, teamwork, and accountability. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Allocate resources effectively based on production schedules and standards. Identify, lead, and execute cost reduction initiatives to meet financial objectives. Collaborate with other business unit leaders on projects and operational initiatives. Collect, analyze, and report production metrics to forecast business needs. Participate in daily management meetings and communicate business results clearly across all levels. Drive continuous improvement through teamwork, consultative problem-solving, and operational excellence. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
