Long-Term Substitute Elementary Art Teacher
Long-Term Substitute Assignment – October 2026 through February 2027
The Tredyffrin/Easttown School District is seeking a highly qualified, student-centered Long-Term Substitute Elementary Art Teacher to serve from October 2026 through February 2027. This position provides an opportunity to inspire creativity, artistic expression, and a love of the visual arts while delivering engaging, standards-based instruction to elementary students.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Art K–12 Teaching Certification required.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous elementary art teaching experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Academic Standards for Arts and Humanities.
- Demonstrated ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Strong classroom management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience integrating instructional technology into teaching and learning.
- Commitment to fostering creativity, artistic expression, and critical thinking.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and providing opportunities for all students.
