Server Assistant

Position Overview Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking a Server Assistant to help create memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Assist the kitchen in assembling prepared food and condiments following Fleming’s standards. Check orders for accuracy and review them with guests to ensure expectations are met. Track food times and stock tables with the proper items needed. Buss tables and provide table side service. Offer drink recommendations and refills, decant and sell wine. Support servers in the dining room to create an elevated and seamless experience for guests. Qualifications Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a server or busser. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: Varies by location plus tips. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) as offered by Bloomin Brands.
