Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Properly receive and greet guests

Take orders and serve food/beverages in a fast-paced environment

Properly accept and process guest payments

Prepare/order pizzas, sandwiches and salads using standard formulas or following directions

Clean area, maintain dining area, wipe tables and dispose of trash

Stock and restock items as necessary

Insure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations

Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

Prior concessions preferred including POS

Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated

Must be able to communicate clearly

Possess excellent cash handling skills

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events

Education and Experience

Must be able to obtain KY Racing License

Must be at least 21 years old

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
